These General Terms and Conditions govern all contracts between ActiveLighthouse and participants in workshops, training sessions, online programs, and related services.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all services offered through the website https://activelighthouse.com.
By registering for a workshop or program, the participant agrees to these Terms.
2. Services

Educational content
Service descriptions are provided on the website.
3. Registration and Contract Formation
Registration occurs via the website booking system.
A contract is formed once the participant receives written confirmation via email.
ActiveLighthouse reserves the right to decline registrations.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed before participation unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include:

Online payment providers
5. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel up to 14 days before the event for a full refund.
For cancellations:

7–13 days before event: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before event: no refund
For digital products, refunds may not apply once access is granted.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers within the EU)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
If the service begins during the withdrawal period, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.
7. Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
ActiveLighthouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to:

Insufficient participants

Force majeure
-
Illness
-
Technical issues
In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or alternative date.
8. Liability
ActiveLighthouse is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Participation in workshops involving physical or emotional processes is at the participant’s own responsibility.
9. Online Events (e.g., via Zoom)
Participants are responsible for:

Stable internet connection

Technical equipment
-
Software compatibility
Recordings may be made. Participants will be informed beforehand.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during workshops remain the intellectual property of ActiveLighthouse.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials commercially without written permission.
11. Governing Law
German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered location of ActiveLighthouse.
