Imagine them releasing their grip, even a little.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reflect<\/strong>: Ask quietly: <em>What am I holding right now.. in body, mind, or heart?<br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This pause isn\u2019t about fixing or forcing change.
