Registration and Contract Formation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2329\">Registration occurs via the website booking system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2413\">A contract is formed once the participant receives written confirmation via email.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2415\" data-end=\"2476\">ActiveLighthouse reserves the right to decline registrations.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2508\">4. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2772\" data-end=\"2845\">Participants may cancel up to 14 days before the event for a full refund.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2847\" data-end=\"2865\">For cancellations:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"2945\">\n<li data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"2902\">\n<p data-start=\"2868\" data-end=\"2902\">7\u201313 days before event: 50% refund<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"2945\">\n<p data-start=\"2905\" data-end=\"2945\">Less than 7 days before event: no refund<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"3014\">For digital products, refunds may not apply once access is granted.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3021\" data-end=\"3073\">6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers within the EU)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3169\">Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3269\">If the service begins during the withdrawal period, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3276\" data-end=\"3325\">7. Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3327\" data-end=\"3401\">ActiveLighthouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3475\">\n<li data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3430\">\n<p data-start=\"3405\" data-end=\"3430\">Insufficient participants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3431\" data-end=\"3446\">\n<p data-start=\"3433\" data-end=\"3446\">Force majeure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3447\" data-end=\"3456\">\n<p data-start=\"3449\" data-end=\"3456\">Illness<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3475\">\n<p data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3475\">Technical issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3477\" data-end=\"3552\">In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or alternative date.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3559\" data-end=\"3575\">8. Liability<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3670\">ActiveLighthouse is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3672\" data-end=\"3784\">Participation in workshops involving physical or emotional processes is at the participant\u2019s own responsibility.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3791\" data-end=\"3828\">9.
